As is common this time of year, we take a moment to assess our past and identify what we choose to create for our future. Some of you are considering getting in better health, maybe participating in a 5k in the spring. Others are considering a bit more endurance, maybe completing your first Ironman this year. Many of you are identifying your strengths and looking at how to improve your weak areas to support you in competing with faster times.
I suggest you challenge yourself, push further than you have in the past, and plan on doing more than the goals you have already set.
